Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) has a lot of benefits in the process healing. The new generation PRF, namely advanced PRF plus (A-PRF+), different structure and more growth factors compared to Advanced (A-PRF), before A-PRF+. Objectives:To effects A-PRF A-PRF+ on IIB degree burn. Methods: This experimental study used 20 male Sprague Dawley rats. All rats were given burn divided into four groups.
